There are dating services and several webcam sites all with gorgeous filipino ladyboys however it seems few are into P4P. The Philippine government really cracks down and the police constantly harass sex workers wanting money. It is what makes the search difficult.

I would suggest you use craiglist.com or AsianBabeCams.
Or, if you are a bit patient, go to Glorietta 1-4 and browse, sooner or later a lb will come to you. I met a nice one there and had a lot of fun with her. And she recommended a friend who was maybe even better.
I stayed at Mandarin Oriental in Makati, the lb were treated like gg, so I never had a problem.
Also I heard there's a lb hangout in Greenbelt (next to Glorietta) at night, but not sure about that.

i've been to PI several times and just got back from a trip there. it kind of depends on what you want to pay and how you want to play (and how long you're there).

the cheaper route will take a little longer, but may reap some good results. many of the girlie bars are stocked with lb's doing hair, nail work. and nearly all of the girls there have lb friends. just dont lead the girls on too long. buy them a drink and state your intentions. then they can make introductions and move on to a bar-fining joe. or you can barfine them, have some fun, then ask them to help your 'darker side'. might be even easier since you're paying...
