Seems every ladyboy porn videos utilize umbrella lights or aluminum cone lights with clips (LadyboyVICE.com). These are bulky and hard to transport on airplanes. Do you photographers actually bring them with you or do you rent them nearby? Hard to buy 220V lights in the USA. What's your secrets? I'm guessing some of you live and either use your own places or rent hotel rooms or mansions with swimming pools. Do they sell those lights at Pantip Plaza? Never saw them for sale because I never looked. Must be expensive, but then again I hate paying $100+ for each overload/extra luggage. All you photographers from all the online LB porn websites amaze me. Perfect poses, fancy costumes, good moods, even lighting, hot models who are hard, long, thick, and certainly don't disappoint. Loved Ladyboy.XXX and currently on Ladyboysfuckedbareback.com. Will subscribe to LadyboyGold.com, Franks-TgirlWorld.com, Femboyjoy.com, Shemalejapan.com, and ShemaleJapanhardcore.com. Did you know you don't have to download the photos or videos one at time. Wastes time. Download several at a time. Watch the time counter at the bottom of the screen. I usually fix a snack or do some house cleaning with a timer attached to my shirt. Love these new Zip files for photos as they are so FAST. The quality of the videos are superb. Almost like being there in these POV first person views. Thank all of you guys who keep us interested when we are back home waiting for the next cool season from November to February. Keep on pumping'.

It's pointless to rent/haul all that gear around unless you are a pro, producing content for a web site. You can get similar results by using effectlve flash diffuers, such as the Flip-it, which I use and you have seen results from it from my old King's Castle 3 photos of the Miss Cleopatra contest many years ago.

Umbrellas weigh almost nothing so it is easy to carry 2, i carry smaller translucent ones that are very versatile.
You can buy some super light-weight light stands made of carbon that weigh almost nothing, i've seen some cheap ones in Bangkok.
Lowel tota halogen lights are very small and light but need bulbs and can get very hot. As you say they are 120v, so not so good for Thailand.
The best and lightest thing to get is LED panel lights.
You can buy smaller ones that fit together into bigger panel.
The best thing about the LED lights is they run off batteries and you don't have to plug them in.
In fact, the LEDs I have used the same batteries as my camera, so I have tons of camera batteries that work in everything.
The LEDs have the color temperature a bit high but you can make them more yellow or orange with the gels that come with.
Also I carry a small LED in my small camera bag to get big light anywhere I go and it also fits on a hotshoe as a video light.
You can also use a second flash with a slave and umbrella in place of conventional lighting.
This also saves space and weight.
Whether you're using one to shoot video or stills, LED light panels are a wonderful tool to have in your arsenal. But while they are available from a
Delivering constant illumination, LED panels have their uses for photography, but you need to choose one carefully. Here we've rounded up 6 of the best LED panels for photographers to see which offers the best value for money.
Here is a good one, make your own led panel light from a brownie pan.
Opinions are mixed on LED lighting, but it's hard to deny their utility: they’re lightweight, have very low power draw, and generate very little heat.

Yes, I bought 3 of those little LED lights from Amazon.com. Mounted them on tabletops, chairs, or tripods. Need about 3-4 pointing up at the ceiling for good diffused lightings. Those batteries are exactly the same ones for the Canon 80D camera so useful. The 2 stands are available at Pantip Plaza, and bought 2 last winter. Very lightweight. My LED lights are called Mcoplus 260 LED Dimmable Ultra High Power Panel Digital Camera / Camcorder LED Video Light for Canon Nikon Pentax Panasonic SONY Samsung and Olympus Digital SLR Cameras
and sell for $52.00 at Amazon.com now. Wasabi Power Battery (2-Pack) and Charger for Canon LP-E6, LP-E6N and Canon EOS 5D Mark II, EOS 5D Mark III, EOS 5DS, EOS 5DS R, EOS 6D, EOS 7D, EOS 7D Mark II, EOS 60D, EOS 60Da, EOS 70D, XC10
sells for $30.00 for 2 batteries. But am having problems with Amazon refusing to ship them to Hawaii. Will have to order them directly from Wasabi themselves. You know I think when the Customs saw all my camera equipment and tripods they thought I was a pedophile. Makes me wonder if you photographer friends have had any problems with you own customs. To date, an investigator from ICE is going to interview the Customs people who confiscated my cameras, media, and laptop. They were asked to investigate my complain by the DOJ. What is suspicious is that I filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for all records relating to my December 15 detention. They replied and said there are NO RECORDS at all. Coverup? Corruption? I filed an appeal with the FOIA and sent them a 3-page photocopy of the Detained Property list the Customs gave me listing all my property. It is signed by the confiscator. himself and will be impossible to deny. Now more waiting and will see what the ICE investigator discovers. Truthfully I don't have any confidence this is woman. ICE is part of Homeland Security just like Customs and Border Patrol. Like having a fox investigate foxes. Even my Senator Hirono has been given the runaround about my Customs records. I sent here the Detained Goods list and asked her to continue to pursue the matter. What did they write about me in their computer for all to see? Since I have too much time on my hands I will continue to push the matter and write lots of long letters. The investigator told me by law, they must address my complaint. We shall see. I don't think anybody in Thailand accused me. I think those schmucks knew I had porn and wanted to see them. It was never about pedophilia. They made it all up. With luck they will probably say they never wrote any report and tried to sweep it under the rug. I will keep hunting. I do plan to take pictures again. Let's see if they will try to harass me again in Honolulu International Airport. I look forward to a grand jury hearing all the evidence even if there are only 3 pages.

Why point the LEDs at the roof?
Get some big opaque umbrellas with white on the inside and black on the outside and bounce the light off those.
Then the light doesn't have to travel near as far and you can direct the light where you want.
I was also harassed about this when coming back to Thailand one time. They did not take my equipment but looked through it extensively.
These immigration officers are just super gung ho to catch someone, and some are obvious homophobes. (I was called gay over ladyboys)
They probably get to beat you with a phone book in the back room if you are guilty that is why they are so eager.
But it seems they only do it once per country.
So far i've had the treatment once coming back from Thailand and once coming back from the USA.

Do they sell these opaque umbrella at Pantip Plaza or in Pattaya. The umbrellas must be light but too long to put into luggage. How about the light source? I can't buy 220V in the USA. Sell them in PP? Am now realizing it might be better to just leave the photography to professionals and subscribe to online websites. They do really good jobs with photos and videos. Only about $30 per month. A dollar per day. Interesting to read you got harassed. I intend to harass them back in court. Homeland Security won't prosecute them, but the DOJ and the FBI will if I can convince them with evidence or lack of it. What was the PROBABLE CAUSE to finger me for PEDOPHILIA? Anyway for now I carry only small LED lights and like them because they don't take up much room in luggage. Those umbrella lights are really powerful and would get off enough light to bounce off all 6 walls.

What i was trying to say was use the umbrellas with the LED lights instead of reflecting them off the wall or something.
I use LEDs all the time now, I have hot lights but they are hot and have many cables etc.
Get a bunch of the LED lights you can clip together or get bigger LED panels.
Not much point to buy 220 lighting you can only use in Thailand, plus in hotel room it will probably get too hot.
Umbrellas come in all sizes small to large. Most will fit in a suitcase.
If you reflect the LEDs off something closer to your subject the light will be much brighter.
You don't need to light up the entire room, just your subject area.
I actually think the lighting on ladyboy vice is awful.
The best is the umbrellas that are white on the inside and have a black cover on the back that can come off.
then you can use the translucent white part for a softer light or turn it backwards and use it as a soft box.

What do you call that mounting/clamping device that you attach to the umbrella's stem and then mount the LED lights on? The LED lights I own have a base that fits into the flash mount on top of my camera/video cam. Seems the umbrella I have in mind is 33" in diameter and the stem is 24". Should fit into my 62" luggage diagonally. Can this mount be screwed onto the top of a tripod? I think I'm going to have some $100+ extra luggage charges. Too bad some camera store doesn't rent these things by the week or month. Maybe better to just subscribe to the many ladyboy photo/video websites. They're good but my biggest complaint is that the sites slow down or will not open up when I type my username and password. Is there some kind of block that limits how much time/GB of photos/vids per day? Seems all websites give me grief about this. I tried cleaning up my cache but still bad.

You can rent stuff for sure, however in Thailand renting stuff is a little risky.
Also if you don't have good insurance it is probably not a good idea.
Plus it is expensive, renting stuff.
It's a mount or bracket. Most of the LED light have a hot shoe mount and most also have the screw mount.
You can get umbrella mounts that have screws and hot shoes. This way you can mount lights or a flash or both on it.
There is various configurations.
I've found 2 of those LED video lights connected together with a good umbrella give plenty of light.
No cables to worry about or trip on.
I have one 45" Convertible umbrella and one that is a little smaller with a foil inside for a little more sparkle.
2 light stands and two umbrellas with leds is not heavy and does not take up much room.
Often to Thailand I only take one light stand and use my tripod as a second light stand to save room and weight.
However my light stands are quite heavy and if I had carbon ones it would be easy to bring 2.
I also jam as much stuff into my carry on as I can.
If you put together the right kit and only bring what you really need it isn't too bulky.

I also often use a mini tripod and put an LED panel on it. Then you can put it on a table or near a wall or whatever.
My favourites are the Ledgo panels that snap together but they are hard to get anymore.

Hey, thanks. I found on Amazon.com for $20.00 Now I'll sit on it and decide whether I will buy. Right now I am using 3 LED lights mounted on tripods, and they give off plenty of light for my GoPro and Canon 80D cameras. I really need to keep compact as it really is a pain to carry so much stuff. Well you really need to swap out two tripods for light stands.
You can get many light stands that just weigh 2-3 pounds and fold down to 18"
Tripods are bulky and heavy, my light stands take up nearly no room in my bag.
https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/searc...711+4032384018
Two light stands with umbrellas give you the ability to get your light on your subject rather than it dispersing.
If you want more filler light get the mini tripods and put a flash or led on that.
Also i use clamps to attach additional lights lower down on the light stand as necessary.
As I say often i only take 1 tripod and 1 light stand to save room.
