Just buy a decent 4-5 megapixel camera for pictures, you'll find yourself taking way better (and probably far more) photos on your trip. By now, I think you can find bargain ones for sale on Amazon or your local Fry's or Best Buy for about $100-$150 USD on sale I think. It's a worthwhile investment and you could always use the camera on your 'regular' vacations too haha.
I'm a rough-ridin', hootin' and hollerin', ladyboy lovin' cowboy! Bang bang yer dead!!!

If you are taking nude photos, you shoud go digital. Otherwise you have to have someone devlop them for you. And if you do that in Thailand, you could even get in trouble ( although it is unlikely).
For digital,5mp and small enough to fit in your pocket is my suggestion. I really like the Sony T9 (its successor the T30 is due soon), but Canon, Nikon, Fuji, etc.. all make cameras in that format.
One new feature I like is anti-shake, makes taking a good picture with a small camera easier.
The other way to go, is just check out local ads and see whats on sale in the $100 range, that way you don't care what happens to the camera.
Buy one at home. Prices in Thailand are no better for elctronic equipment and often worse. Plus there is the warrenty issue. Personally I have never had anyone ask for my camera or look at pictures on my laptop. But there was an earlier thread about Australian Customs doing it.
If I was really paranoid. I would put a small memory card in the camera with nothing interesting, and pack the rest of the cards somewhere else. Or upload everything to a USA server from Thailand and delete.
Bringing back pictures of naked LB is NOT illegal, its only a problem if they are underage.

Just my Point
How do we know Customs aint gonna get in a tizzy over the pics, thinking they are underage

Most of the girls look very young
That's where you don't want to end up... in a situation like that where they're interrogating you about the age or the naked girls on your computer or in your camera... Even if they let you go they will make notes on their computer that you are a possible suspect pedophile. On future visits you will be searched again possibly.
This is why I FTP to a server at home all my sex photos before I leave Thailand even if my girls are of age... I just don't want any problems to worry about.
Here's a photo from my colletion... something I did FTP out. So how old do you think there 2 girls are? You can't really tell can you... but they were of age .... but try telling that to Customs!
For the non-geeks out there, FTP = file transfer protocol. This is assuming you have access to a server you can upload your photos to. If not, open an e-mail account with a large mailbox limit (Yahoo, Gmail) and you can e-mail the photos to yourself as attachments. Do not use the photo tool or your photos will be compressed.
Just swallow the memory cards and shit 'em out on the plane.
Personally, I prefer to travel to strict countries and keep the images on the computer, but encrypted and very hard to find. FTP doesn't agree with me, even secure FTP or SCP, because I also prefer to be invisible on the web when I'm in a relatively strict country (e.g. China). The last thing I want to do is cause problems for myself and others whose internet connections I'm using. As for internet cafes, I don't trust them, either. Probably everything has a keylogger. Hotel connections - maybe okay, but then they could easily have image filters, etc. Toss in a few visits to porn sites, etc., and any decent government router will tag you as being of interest.
I can up the paranoid ante depending on what's in the news, and how much time I'm willing to spend. I'd frankly say encrypting your pics should be fine.
As for what camera to use: don't forget accessories like a miniature tripod, extra batteries and memory, etc. You don't want to be unable to take a shot because there's no place to put a camera, you're out of memory, etc.
Retired the top 12. Need a new dirty dozen.
Update: The new list is coming together: Nong Poy, Anita, Nok, Gif, Liisa Winkler, Kay, Nina Poon. Is it possible to find 5 more? Until then, GGs: Jessica Alba, Yuko Ogura, Zhang Ziyi, Maggie Q, and Gong Li.

Even better ... just get your Ladyboy friend to stick a 4 gig SD card up your ass.
My ass is Virgin territory. Last I checked, they don't fly to all that many places in Asia.
Hmm, let's get back to helping this poor guy, shall we?

I think the 4 to 5 GB limit is way too big for what anyone really needs, and you can get one generation older camera's for a lot less.
A great camera that I recommend is the Casio Exilim. The older model is 3.2 megs and you can take a great picture at full size and the "Fine" picture setting. Even the lower resolutions and economy picture settings look good to a layman and will save you a lot of room on the memory stick.
This camera is teeny tiny and can easily fit way down in your pocket and thus be harder to steal. You don't need a carrying strap or anything. You can also take little 30 second videos with sound, which is great for walking around in a crowd or BJ action.
I bought this camera specifically for my Disney vacation and it came through with flying colors. It also has a really big LCD ont he back, even for such a small camera. You can also get a plastic waterproof case that is made specifically for this camera- great for taking some pictures at the pool or the beach, even under water (but not to great pressure depths).
You can find the camera, the waterproof case, and a 256 MB memory stick easily on E-bay for very little cost.
As for keeping the pictures a secret, I would Fedex just the memory stick wrapped in a few papers to yourself at home with a Fedex International business letter envelope.
