French language added to ladyboy.reviews en Francais

Added the French Language pack to the forum. Now we have a choice of English and French.
This should cover most of the pillagers of IndoChina

This means most of the buttons, controls and error messages will be in French.
Posts will still be in whatever language they are posted in.
You can choose it in your control panel or at the bottom of the page.

The only other language available for the forum is Arabic.

Spanish would be nice.

Sorry this got lost in some past upgrade.
Now it has been added back with the newest upgrade.

Most of the titles and forum functions will be in French.
Some custom stuff doesn't have translations.

It should also accept the French character set.

You can choose Language under settings or at the bottom of every page.
