They did sue in Korea-- both found guilty of breaches... minor fines and banned sales of ipad 1 & 2, and iphone 3 & 4. Galaxy S & SII were banner from sales.

Recent case apple brought in Japan was thrown out.

I guess the answer is obvious.  Siii is a far better product for the $$$.   Now if only Apple would compete fair and square and not through the US and other courts on stuff thats obvious to both an objective observer AND a blind man.

I only buy samsung

I like Samsung and other android phones except for iPhone, What I like is the open source code of them so I can easily customize my phone to its full potentials.

There's nothing that doesn't look amazing on it

but it does come at the cost of battery life and, well, actual cost

and I'm not sure it adds enough to warrant those sacrifices.
