It's definitely Korean.

1st button means refresh, 2nd and 3rd button at top are on and off i think, 4th is automatic execution, 5th is delete button

1st line main korean is the current state - scanning
next main line of korean is possible to use UC service

the last couple underneath main korean
- 1st maybe install (not sure at all tho)
- 2nd is "english word coupon i think" and last bit i dont know
