(Stogie @ Jul. 22 2009,07:58) Where can I download the BunnyTV language pack?
just download the xp in thai japnese english or what ever one you like

then you set up a macro to load vmware player and auto load the image

          then it look like xp

but you nee strip down the profile to cmdline only or you use a lot more ram

it a lot work but when it working it great thing to have setup in vista

I would be VERY cautious changing languages )in a computer, i.e. converting a computer as if it was loaded from scratch with a localized operating system. especially if the computer
                  1- is not mine
2- uses Windows XP operating system
3- if the computer belongs to a friend
I want to keep my friend...

By the way, do you use Windows XP Home? XP Pro? Vista?
Because if you use Vista Ultimate, it is very simple as changing the feature is build in: you can convert your computer with a 100% Italian interface (or almost whatever language) with the full blessing from Bill Gates!
If you have Vista Home, you can't (without being a nerd). Not sure about Vista Business though.
                  Or perhaps Linux?...

Why I do not like messing with XP? (even if done by a "pro")
It depends on what you do with the computer.

I give you a concrete example
Some applications do NOT like when the language is changed because the way they have been programmed uses fixed location, rather than variable locations.
It happens a lot in my case with Donor's (World Bank, ex.: the HSV model, or USAID, or UNDP's census tool, or the EU with their PHARE programs...) or NGOs home-made programs.
Example, the path "C:\Program Files" will become "C:\Mes Programes" in the French version, and "C:\Meu Programas" in portuguese.
Now, it is possible that a programming line refers to a path like "C:\Program Files\Common Files\etc" and there is a risk it won't be recognized.
And no, Windows will not always convert correctly... (in Vista, it is worst, it can even send part of the application into the infamous user's "VirtualStore" folder... a hidden folder that brought me even more white hairs...)
Example; Access databases 2000/XP/2003 with Visual Basic modules with constant pathes hard written in the program code, and VB6 application not properly designed for being used, say, outside the US, won't work.
It is alos possible that your computer will silently change some settings with bad consequences. Example, the date format can be month/day/year or day/month/year. Some applications (ex.: accounting) can mess up with dates that were recorded as 12 January and 01 December...
List separators, decimals (2.500,46 or 2,500.46?), the default paper size for your printer (Us Letter <-> A4), etc ... many things can be modified without warning... etc. It is not because you change a setting that all data already recorded in your computer will be correctly and automatically converted... It depends very much on the way it has been stored.
Changing the localisation of your computer can also stop some parts of your computer to function properly! Example, if you use a wireless card with their proprietary software, the new localization can restrict the telecom channels to something not compatible with your hardware. Case if you use US designed communication equipment in Japan, or in a 3rd Word country, especially if this country has no data registered with the hardware maker. By instance, in Mozambique, if I want to have a Dlink or Netgear wireless card catching my network, I have to localize a computer as South Africa...
Almost forgot: some activation processes can even be triggered again for software with a license got from internet. Example; beware for games downloaded/activated from Stream or Direct2Drive or Impulse. Depending on your supposed location, it can also nullify your digital ID system if you use one (x. a Verisign ID). Changing the environment can trigger an unwanted event...

So, if you use Vista Ultimate, tell us, and me, or a more competent user will take you through (as did well rxpharm). Very easy, and stable.

If not, don't do it yourself. Have some trusty person who knows what she/he is doing, and will investigate properly what programs this computer is supposed to run. 99% of chance it is ok, if it is a home computer. If not, beware...
With Windows, mixing up languages files has always side consequences...
a froggy, lost in translation and in Africa... and no, I am not the one on the pic swinging a club ... I am the one holding the pin !!!
