Videos from Extreme Ladyboys

I know I am going to sound stupid as usual so please bear with me.

Whenever I download the movies from Extreme Ladyboys the whole directory that I DL them into gets corrupt and I end up deleting everything and starting all over again.

Does anyone else face this problem? How can I get around this problem please?
