Sorry if I'm being a dimwit but to all practical purposes what is the difference of experiencing sex with a genetic girl and sex with a post op?

I understand the biology bit but having seen some of the pictures and videos on ATS and LadyboyFlix they seem to be no different on camera than a GG .

No it's a good question

A real vagina is normally deeper and more capable of accomodating larger objects  

When they do the SRS operation they remove some of the muscle tissue inside the body above the base of the penis.  They then push the penis inside turning it inside out in the process.  So if the girl had a small penis before the SRS she will generally have a shallow vagina after.  It is possible to extend the vagina but that normally puts the price of the SRS up considerably.

Also the real vagina self lubricates whereas with a post op you have to use KY, spit, or whatever else comes to hand at the time.  Whitening cream is very good  -  but it does not make her pussy any whiter!  

Some girls when they come still produce seminal fluid (though without the sperm) so you will suddenly find it goes squishy at the end

Well, the experience with a postop can vary a lot depending on her doctor. Same as your experience with a gg - I am sure you will agree your mileage may vary (YMMV) with them as well - some being terrible and some being fantastic.

As I prefer postops I can say the following: postops who have had good SRS doctors can self-lubricate, and can orgasm - certainly because as RR says they get more "squishy" when they come.

Some postops have developed their vaginal muscles so they can really "massage" you while you are doing the deed. Of course some ggs can do this as well.

But the real kicker is that if you spend time in proper foreplay to get her excited so she can orgasm, I can guarantee that she will give you a far better experience than with a gg. Also an lb will give a much better bj than a gg (there are always exceptions, but generally this is true).

I know there are some guys who disagree, and say all postops are non-orgasmic, dry, and are emotionally disturbed because of inability to orgasm. This may be true of the postop lbs who have gone to see the poor doctors - but the difference is night and day between those lbs and ones who have gone to the good doctors.

I would say don't close your mind to spending time with a nice postop lb, and some can be incredibly beautiful.

I will confess. I never liked Posties until Aom got cut.

Food for thought! Apologies for the delay in thanking you guys - I have been in Saudi poxy Arabia which is a shithole in fact one of the few countries that would be improved by a nuclear blast.

I have to say that my all to brief experience of this scene leads me to agree with Ziggy, these girls all seem pretty hot to trot compared to the lay back and think of England / Poland/ Ukraine or wherever attitude that you get with GGs.

Some of the gg bars in Nana do have the odd post-op working in them but they will be hard to pick from the real girls normally.
