I was discussing with a friend of mine that is meeting me in Bangkok in 4 weeks about getting together with a LB and he is totally against it. A few other places you can find postop lbs:

King's Corner bar - on the opposite side of Patpong from King's Castle 3.

It differs from KC3 as it is a mix of about 50% postop lbs and 50% gg. This is one of the pricer bars in Bkk for taking a girl out. They usually ask 4000 ST and 8000 LT, but everything is negotiable.

KC3 - is a mix of preop and postop lbs. The mix varies as there are a number of "freelance" lbs there who work part time (they do not get a salary - and show up when their schedule permits - often university students, or those in-between their Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing trips needing a bit of cash). Probably around 60% preop/40% postop.
