Thanks for all the suggestions. I ended up being massaged by Tan down Soi 18 and No (I believe this is her name) at Apsara. There really is no contest. Quite apart from the fact that Soi 18 is miles away from anywhere important, No really knew what she was doing. I have had Thai massages from a number of masseurs over the years, and No is in the top 2 in terms of skill. Apparently, she used to be a Guess Bar girl. To be recommended.
