why lbs do not try? i think it will be very funny and sexy

Well.not in great force as in Tokyo of course.
Sunday is sure "parade" day and the places where you can see them as a couple or 3-4 girls at most are Mong Kok, Causeway Bay and TsimShaTsui, which are the three main hangout/shopping areas and places to be seen.
Occasionally you see one or two around on weekdays, but rarely.
There are quite a few small tailor shop catering the need, but are all hidden in small shopping arcades and hard to find. A couple or two of these shop even make up Cosplay garment sold in E-Bay!
