LBs moving Bars

A couple of moves of bar for LBs recently - including Mickey who tells me she is starting in Obsessions soon, moved from Temptations.   And Lusi from Temptations just moved to Cascades to join her sister there.

Just wondered if those in the know can help.  Are bar moves straightforward?  Are there contracts, and transfer 'fees' involved, or are the LBs free agents?  
(Someone told me it can be quite expensive and/or problematical -  and presumably, the bars dont want to be seen poaching?)

Obviously as Cascades & Obs same group, then they have their own rules.

The lbs run the show and although the bars discourage the girls from switching around they'll do it anyway.

I've never heard of money being involved but it's no surprise that girls leave temptations. It's a small claustraphobic club with almost no talent and I'm always amazed it ever opened up at all.

There's a rumour that Banana works in Obsessions now... if you're looking to see 'The 8th wonder of the world' head over there early and pitch your tent...
