Is it easy to GET HIV from a post-op LB

having had sexual intercourses with a Post-op LB, I would like to know how easy to get HIV from a Post-op LB...

Once the LBs are operated, I guess, they can not "get wet" in the same way women do.... SO WHAT are the possibilities to contract any desease from POST-OPs???

Wouldn't the fact that lubrication is a problem increase the chances of abrasions or tears inside the vagina. Anyway as POL said condoms are your friend.
