You had me thrown on the hotel name for a moment but then I realised it's the Baiyoke Tower.
It certainly was ladyboy friendly a few years ago but I don't  have up to date knowledge.
I would be surprised if it has changed though.

My only comment is it's not going to be particularly convenient for either Nana or Patpong as you will need to taxi to/from both.
Not sure how the new taxi fares will work out but I would guess 60 Baht to Nana and about 70 to Patpong.

welcome sourd. as seamus said get yourself to guess bar, take a deep breath and go for it. it was my first time in a ladyboy bar and the initial buzz was fantastic. nothing to be afraid of in there, all the girls are very,very friendly enjoy
