Doubtful there would be many lbs in Milan - there are some Brazilian TS/shemales that work there and of course the local Italian TS/shemales - just check the escort sites.

Milan and all Italy is not good for Asian LB, as rxpharm wrote there are plenty Brazilians but they are not so good and very expensive, but if I should find I will let you know.
