I'm just under 5'7 and have no problems finding shorter, even with their high heels on.

I'm no authority but from what I have seen the majority fall into the range of about 5ft 5in - 5ft 9in.
The same sort of height range as Thai men!
But like anywhere here are plenty who fall outside the normal range.
The shortest I've seen was about 5ft and the tallest about 6ft 1in.
I'm sure that some have seen shorter and taller than that.

Having lurked on this forum for ages, I finally decided it was time to post! Just wanted to say how fantastic all you guys are, posting so much great info and so many mind-blowing pics.
