What is the best time of year...

Hi guys, this is my only 2nd post...
I can't stop waiting at my next holiday in Patong... But I have a doubt: Which is the best period to go, November or January? Not only for prices or weather condition, but especially for meeting ladyboys. I mean that I'd like to spend the whole holiday with an only one girl and I want she pay attention only to me.... Thank you everybody...

gabriel, January and November same same. Maybe some more tourists in January, but as long as you bring your euros, your LB of choice will pay attention to you only

I usually go in April, May, and October, because it's low season.
Hotels are cheaper, things are less crowded, and the girls are hungry.
It's gonna rain, but I don't see that as a problem.

I've been told the Patong weather is great during January-February.

To paraphrase Mark Twain, July is a very good month to visit Thailand - the other very good months are Jan, Feb, Mar, etc.

At some time or other I have spent every month of the year in Thailand (Pattaya) and I would suggest that February is the best month, due to weather (not so hot and no rain), number of tourists (holiday season is over) and along with January, the coldest month to be in the British Isles so I need to be out of there.

As soon as you can go! Get on travelocity or whatever travel engine you use and book it! Bring your camera! Take lots of pictures. Show your friends back at home because they will never believe your stories!
Seize the day because tomorrow is never promised!

(pentire @ Aug. 19 2009,23:13) At some time or other I have spent every month of the year in Thailand (Pattaya) and I would suggest that February is the best month, due to weather (not so hot and no rain), number of tourists (holiday season is over) and along with January, the coldest month to be in the British Isles so I need to be out of there.
I also think February is a good choice, perhaps the best for Northern Hemisphere folks. By February the extreme cold weather gets old, then when you get back home in March everything is almost springtime.

I've been in Thailand every month except March, whadda they say, a bad day in the LOS is better than a good day back home.

Best time is whenever it fits into your personal schedule and can get the time off from work. Then if possible avoid the peak airfares, the Saturday before Christmas is often the most expensive flight of the year.
