Up until a few years ago, I was of the belief that Bangkok was superior to Pattaya in terms of the quality and quantity of LBs. Although more expensive, there was far more choice and a higher level of spec. However, in the past several years Pattaya seems to have improved exponentially. My impression is that it has leapfrogged Bangkok in all respects: quality, quantity and price. Do others have the same impression?
