Lubricants... Who supplies the grease?

Hello,this is my first time on the forum and never yet been
with a ladyboy..
A quick question,who provides the lubrication?
is it us or the Ladyboys?.
I am unsure of the etiquette and would not like to cause
friction between me and chosen partner my first time..

Hello Stig, welcome to the forums! Glad to have you on board! To really give you a better answer, you need to let us know if you prefer pre or postop lbs. Some postop lbs who have had good surgeons can self-lubricate, so you will have no need for Castrol or KY, but this will only work if you can provide proper stimulation. Good technique is everything when negotiating the curves!

However, be sure to bring your own condoms.

For preop lbs, there has been good advice posted already. In previous posts some BMs have recommended Durex Play and Astroglide provide good results!

Good, skilled surgeons, in the SRS technique will retain the prostate gland when creating the neovagina. If the ennervation is maintained, the prostate will produce fluid that will lubricate the vagina with proper stimulation.

Of course this adds to the difficulty of the procedure, so the majority of SRS surgeons in Thailand do not take this step.
