Seriously what's a BM? Been searching here and on the net and have not found an explanation

All BM's are (or can be) mongers, not all mongers are BM's.

BM stands for Board Member, i.e. anyone who has registered on the forum.

A monger is someone who shares a specific interest, in this case LB's.

There is no missing word, unless you are thinking of a fishmonger...

Yes I was thinking it was a twist on the word "fishmonger" in the Shakespeare sense

I thought BM was bowel movement.  

As for necro, that means dead. You know, as in necromancer; one who communes with the spirits of the dead. Or of you wanna get really gross, necrophilia; the sexual attraction to corpses. Hey, someone asked.
So I guess, a necro poster, would be someone who responds to a long dead post.
