Can't make up my mind on these games this week - seems like quite a few trap games on the slate.

I went back and switched my picks from Pats to Bears, and from Eagles to Cowgirls. Resisted the temptation to swap out Giants for Minny as well. Either way I'm picking with minimal conviction.

Somehow it just feels like a week for disappointing home dogs that are playing against squads who are riding high and seem to be the consensus choice. Somehow the NFL always manages to spring surprises in those situations.

It's amazing that this far into the season there is only one game that football fans will want to watch - apart from, of course, their own favourite team(s).

The Bears and Pats game looks likely to be a good one but in the early games I'll be looking for both Atlanta and Tampa to both lose. Unlikely though.

The NFL phoned me earlier today and asked if I would host the Vikings-Giants game in my back garden.

A bit cheeky really seeing as I still haven't gotten the GamePass subscription to work on my Galaxy Tab yet.

Seems they aren't gonna meet me half way!

I've got a few more Changs in the fridge if they move forward on this.

I've switched off the Falcons game. Looks like they have this one in the bag after the first play from scrimmage!

I'm turning my attentions to the possible upset of the day... Bengals over Pittsburgh?

Bucs-Skins, looks like no one wants this game, same same for Lions- Pack, and hasn't green bay dropped off everyone's "lock"last few weeks.

On a side note, after Jets debacle, and spending all day tuesday in bed, lights off, cover over the head,I believe I am on my way back to recovery, even contemplating a short sojurn to LOS in Jan.
