Someone suggested on the radio this morning that Qatar is bidding for the Winter Olympics.    

What gets me is if it was always FIFA's intention to award this to somewhere other than Western Europe why didn't they say so in the first place.
Or would this have meant that they got less brown envelopes?

Evaluations are currently underway by the NGO's as to what purpose the stadium can be used for after the world cup is hosted. Halliburton have kindly offered to take them off our hands for a small financial consideration and thus the NGO has agreed to pay halliburton a further $200,000,000,000 to ensure that the area is returned to normality in 2910.

At the press conference, a loan journalist from the Screws of the World, asked "why do these artist impressions of the stadiums look like Oil drillling structures?"
