Dissapointed about North Koreas result against Brazil. They deserved at least a point from the game. I still think they are going to get out of that group. Brazil will get maximum points from their 3 matches and second spot will be hard fought between Ivory Coast and North Korea. Ok reading your post I think we look at football quite differently. Yes I did watch 2006. I recall correctly Italy beat Germany in the semifinal. Where most consider it a great game and should have been the final.
Yes I did watch 2010. Look at my avatar.
As for 1990, did you see the Italian campaign with Schillaci and Co? Had it been an Italy-Germany final I believe Italy would have won.
And yes every country is capable of playing entertaining football as well as not so entertaining. But remember it is a sport not a circus. You play as well and entertain as much your opponent will let you. And been a sport you have to consider the ability to out perform your opponent, tactics, satrapies, fitness injuries and the long haul.
I just fail to see how you single out one country who is the second most successful international team and come to such a judgment.
