Week # 5
Game # 1
Washington Redskins (2-2) at Carolina Panthers (0-3)
Panthers by 3 ½
The Panthers are coming off a much needed bye week that maybe helped them regroup a bit in preparation for this upcoming tilt with the Lion killing.....???OOOPS?........LION "Losing" Redskins!!!!
My pick the Panthers
Game # 2
Atlanta Falcons (2-1) at San Francisco 49ers (3-1)
Niners by 2 ½
Last year's surprise team meets the surprise of this young season who are a Favre miracle throw away from being undefeated. The Mike Singletary effect has taken hold in the city by the bay and they are a true contender this year with the Cardinals back in last place where they really belong. Matt Ryan went back home to Bawston last game and got spanked he better hope for some O line assistance this weekend.
The Niners in their resurgence
Game # 3
Indianapolis Colts (4-0) at Tennessee Titans (0-4)
Colts by 3 ½
Hmmmm lets see Titans were 13-3 last year and now have already lost 4 this year.....Saint Peyton the commercial king has his Colts soaring at 4-0 and he is coming back to his college state where he DIDN'T win the Heisman......should be a blow out.......Don't count out Jeff Fisher and his Titans in this intra divisional match-up.
My pick is the Titans in an upset
Game # 4
Jacksonville Jaguars (2-2) at Seattle Seahawks (1-3)
Jaguars by 3
The Jags whipped up on the not so Titanic Titans last week and the Seahawks did their part in contributing to the non-Heisman winning Manning's commercial legend by laying down to the Colts. And now with Right wing Elizabeth from the View's bro in law still out of commission Grunge City's own will have to hope to contain the visitors from the southeast.
I'm thinking Seahawks
Game # 5
New England Patriots (3-1) at Denver Broncos (4-0)
Patriots by 3 ½
Lets see the oddsmakers say that you get a 3-3 ½ point bump for being the home team and the Pats are favored by 3 ½ so they are actually favored by 7 meaning that Las Vegas is not drinking the Bronco's kool-aid either. How does Kyle Orton lead anyone to 4-0 I doubt he got Purdue to 4-0 against every directional school in the MAC!!!!! Don't see it happening
I'm going with the Pats
Monday Night Bonerus
New York Jets (3-1) at Miami Dolphins (1-3)
Jets by 1 ½
Mark Sanchez came down to earth last week against the Rusty Nails and was picked 3 times including a pick 6 and now the rookie and his teammates head to Little Cuba to face a wounded Dolphin team on Monday night that is premiering another young QB from the QB U........MEEEEEEEECCCCCHHHHIIIIGGGAAANNN!!!!!! Chad Henne replace the other hanging Chad last weekend and led the Fins to their first W trouncing the Buffaloed Bills and may we see another future Super Bowl MVP from the Big House???
My pick is the Fins 28-24
