I saw Jose after the match. He looked resigned that he was beaten by the better team over the two legs-fair enough. I also read that he punched out a Man U fan from, hold on to your hat, ANGLIA!!! Even a dumb Yank knows thats down south!! If he did punch someone out, he is more of a legend!! He should be OUR next manager!!!

Jose only has one home in England and has said as much. To be fair the amount of shit managers have to put up with these days I reckon if someone is being an arse they should be aloud to give them a good slap. I heard that City have been sounding out Klinsmann. Either way i don't see Hughes being there next year.

What's more of a worry is that 2 Chelsea and 1 Arsenal fans were stabbed in Italy in the last 2 days. United always have trouble out there as well. And the final this year is in Rome. Be interesting if it's an all English affair again.

The only manager I would like to see replace Hughes would be Jose. Jose might enjoy Liverpool though. If Inter hold on to win the scudetto I could see him leaving deffo for Engerland. Btw I can see Raffa off for Real....

That's not true, they are pretty fond of each other actually its mostly all paper talk of any animosity between them .

They still share a bottle of wine after the games but I'm sure thats not helping Sir Alex's W C Fields nose

I like Jose I think the English media just don't get his supple humour at times , he's a cool guy

Nice result for City. We played quite well and it truly should have been more than that. I hope it doesnt come back and bite us in the ass in the return leg. Anyone who puts 5 past La Coruna cannot be mugs but they didnt play that well. Maybe City had something to do with that. Who Knows but it looks good for the second leg. If we could only sort out our away form!!! I would have thought we would be a decent away side as we can play on the break. Lets just hope its a matter of being a work in progress.

Jose was cool and only showed emotion when Inter had near misses, he even patted me on the chest as he passed me going towards the dugout for the second half

Sorry to burst your bigmick but Fergie and Jose "DO" have the utmost "respect" or each other, I witnessed it a few times last night as they both laughed and hugged each other, I was sitting very close to them both and its not something thats shown always on TV
