The above post looks like a typical fake news as this have become a fashion in the USA under Donald Trump's reign. The first video is a funny video promoting Thai food that was directed as an horror movie. But it's not. Không ! (Sorry, this is Vietnamese).
The second link brings to a press article published in Nivember 2014, right after the military coup, at a time journalists could legitimately worry about the evolution of the LOS. The third one is a classical internet page dealing with the usual traps to avoid. As mentioned in another thread, there traps in Thailand, but America is a country with more traps to steal people's money using other kinds of scams.
The mix of the 3 news only betrays a poor judgment by the OP.Comment
