      Might consider that Thailand is debating gay marriage rights right now and the USA already approved gay marriages by law (but not by public acceptance). I have actually seen a senior farang with an under 18 girl in a baht bus. So young she hadn't yet learned how to apply makeup. She had on a new dress and seemed to be curious about her new surroundings so I had to wonder. Bet you the US Customs and Immigrations will put anybody through a protracted gauntlet to try to deny any such foreign marriage certificate they deem to be fake or unkosher. Will wait to see what happens when a citizen returns with an underage ladyboy bride. Hope he plans to have a lawyer present and be prepared to sue.
