An update on my efforts, I have just sold my house and looking to buy a factory to live in, settlement is December 3 (on the house) so looks like no trip would be possible now anyway. I have not bought anything yet, so I may be moving over 'Commercial' celebrations time.

The plan is coming together to set myself up to move full time to Thailand in about 2 years...
