Okay, this may seem like a totally random post, but what the hell. Anyway, I've been taking this stuff called Semenax. It is supposed to increase the volume of your semen and give you more intense orgasms. It certainly did that. The problem for me was the side effects. I don't really sweat that much nor do I normally have a strong body odor, but man, I was sitting at work the other day and I'm sweating like a nervous 15-year-old at his first high school dance and pacing like a caged animal. I was sweating so bad I had to go home at lunch to shower and change. I had rings of sweat soaked through my dress shirt and blazer. This in an air conditioned office where I do not do any kind of physical labor.
I haven't been able to sleep, I'm anxious and my mind is racing. This is no fun.
So I was trying to figure out what the fuck is going on. I look on the label to get the list of ingredients and then I go online to check for side effects of each one. Turns out three of them, maca, muira puama, and avena sativa, can all cause restlessness, and insomnia, as they are stimulants.
It probably has not helped that I am also receiving testosterone replacements from my doctor.
The weird thing is, that if you go online and look for the side effects of Semenax, you will not find anything about side effects, you have to search by each individual ingredient, that's how I finally found out.
I will not be taking that stuff anymore.
Be careful with supplements, guys. People think they are harmless, but that is not true. I was also taking DHEA for years until I found out it can cause MAN BOOBS. Fuck me, I've got em
I'm not saying to avoid all supplements, just do your research before you take anything, even over the counter, herbal, all natural stuff.

RXPharm would probably known something on this. If Semenax is not a listed drug then no side effects will be published on medical sites . I doubt if most supplements Producers do 20 year trials and so no side effects will be officially known. This is also somewhat of an issue in the EU and i think there are moves to regulate this business due to the issues you mention.

Once over 45 most are lucky not to be taking something to get from week to week and the cross over side effects from properly Listed Pharma drugs are bad enough without supplements causing trouble...

The only supplements i take are VITc and Omeg3 . Im not sure if modanifil is a supplement but there are a lot of people taking this now to boost the brain power and the side effects of this are not really known according to the newspaper i was just reading on the plane

A guy from new Scientist reckons he has a natural hangover cure as well . Now thats something i ws going to try this week but i left the recipe at home ... could a hangover cure have side effects.. that would be a bummer

I have been taking various supplaments for years with no side affects. But I donot take anything that I donot know what it is and the side affects.

Tomcat do a bit of reaserch you should be taking omega 6 with that 3 as they need to work together in a relationship of 4 to 3 I think cannot remember off the top of my head. This ratio is very important.

Most males or deficient in zinc. I went to see a naturapath a few months back and she put me on zinc boy o boy did I get hard and have a big load to shoot. Zinc blocks the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

Actually Moe when i stated Om3 i actually take a fish oil supplement which has all the balanced ingredients... i left it as home and i could not remember the exact name of the brand , not that it would mean anything

One of the important Vits is VITD which is required for fair skin types and which you can only get by going in the sun for 20 mins a day and so if your a housebounder then better get this one. The melotonin in yr skin produces this and the result of a deficiency is brittle bones and you cannot get this through your food intake.

An excess of VITc can cause Cancer it is now thought so dont go over 1000mg a day

Some studies suggest that all supplements are useless and maybe they have a point but i suppose its a cheap insurance policy as the expense is not so high.

strocube, thanks for sharing. Too many people think "natural" products are safe and don't cause side effects and are better than "regular" medicines.

You've discovered the hard way it isn't true. The major problems with "natural" supplements is they are not subject to the same kinds of regulation and scrutiny that regular pharmaceutical drugs are. Of course they are limited to the kinds of claims that can be made - especially in North America, but the wording can also tempt people in believing more than what's said.

It is really important to check everything in a "natural" supplement before use, to avoid interactions and recognize adverse effects. There have been instances in the past that products contained toxic substances, like arsenic, lead, etc, that don't get caught until people have bad reactions.

(Tomcat @ Dec. 18 2011,17:54) Some studies suggest that all supplements are useless and maybe they have a point but i suppose its a cheap insurance policy as the expense is not so high.
I strongly believe that and many doctors say the same thing. As long as you are healthy you can get all you need from your meals. That is, of course, if you eat "right", but I actually don't know anyone who eats "right"...

I don't take any supplements (except Cialis occasionaly, not because I have an ED but just for fun) but I might consider starting to take some Vitamin C as I smoke quite a lot...

I'm having mine removed, reduced actually. That's really the main reason for my trip to the LOS this time. I'll have about 6 nights of fun with ladyboys, then I go in for my procedure, convalesce for 5 five days,  then fly home. I refuse to walk around with fucking man boobs.
Exercise and weight loss will not get rid of them. I know because I've tried.
I may have a few moles removed and my teeth whitened wile I'm at it. I guess this is the half-century overhaul.
Kinda nervous about the whole thing but I'm going ahead anyway.
                Wish me luck, guys.

Wish you all the best strocube - a bit different than what the Thai plastic surgeons usually do, but they are some of the best at what they do!

Thai dentists are very good and this will all be done for much less than what you would have to pay back home. Good strategy!
