I had no idea who she was until about a year ago. I thought she had an excellent voice, and I really liked the retro soul sound.

Guys I am amazed at the vitriol towards somebody who had only so much to offer. I had the great privilege to see her and as DD said more under one fingernail. She will be a great loss to music and those that really contribute. Given the fullness and greater age she would have bought so much to the table. I don't believe she would have been the muso stereo. What is the shit thing is the dealers of death selling her that crap will not be held to task. Once the morphemes get control there is no escaping. Poor kid bless her she shone a bright light.
