  • "I Love You, Phillip Morris!"

I watched the movie last night, having only the slightest idea what it was about.

And I was really surprised to see just how much the gay element still weirded me out.  I went into it a little worried, actually, about how the gay scenes might make me feel now, with years of cock now under my belt (so to speak).  But it gave me the same icky feeling as back in the day -- I actually found myself looking away at the kissing scenes!

Does this mean I'm not gay?!!

It still amazes me how just a little hair and make-up changes the whole ball game . . .

Dude, you're totally gay; a screaming, swishing QUEEN, a nancy boy, a poof, a butt pirate and a pole smoker, you are light in the loafers, and as gay a tree full of parrots.

Yeah Farangbah, I watched it at home with Mrs F and the scene where Jim Carey was ploughing the dude doggie in the first 5 minutes made me squeemish too.
In fact all the man love scenes did and still do.
Given that most of our partners have a distinct preferance for Gay Porn, it makes sense to them I guess. But for me the sight of 2 sweaty men fucking and sucking leaves me feeling vile.

As I have always thought we like chicks with dicks, not just plain old swinging meat. We are not gay, not straight, we are the immoral minority! (and .... LOVING it!)

FB, of course you're not gay. Though many among us come in at the narrow end of the GAY Continuum, I personally have never had the slightest inclination to touch a bloke, let alone do anything else.

I have also sat in a cinema looking at the wall when a couple of queens went for a big smooch on the mouth. Eeeekk...

I note that ladyboys want straight men. They hang out with their gay friends but I have never known them to date them. Or they tell me they don't.

But as you say, hair & make-up complete the illusion. What we perceive becomes our reality. And that suits me just fine...
Despite the high cost of living, it continues to be popular.

I have a couple of gay friends; one a woman, the other a man, to whom I have let slip my preference for ladyboys. Neither of them thinks I am gay. Yet, I don€™t think I am totally straight either. This is because I enjoy getting ass-fucked by ladyboys and sucking their cocks. This is in no way behavior that most people would classify as €œstraight.€ Yet I have no interest in masculine men. Like you guys, the sight of two dudes sucking face is a bit off putting to me as well. But maybe that€™s just social conditioning, I don€™t know.
Human sexuality, I think, is not a black and white, straight/gay, either or kind of thing. My €œlesbian€ friend told me that although she is with a woman right now, she is not at all adverse to the idea of fucking guys. She has in the past and may well again. People are attracted to many different kinds of people, situations, acts, etc. It seems that sexuality is too fluid a thing to be adequately described by our very narrow straight/gay dichotomy. Just the fact that most of us here don€™t fit neatly into either one of those categories speaks more about the limitations of language than it does about whether we €œare€ gay or straight.

Very comforting to read the above posts as I've often thought about this myself.

I often wonder why the sight of a LB's erect cock can get me horny as hell but when I catch a glimpse of two men engaged in any form of sexual activity it almost causes me to throw up.

Whenever I'm in the company of my mates discussing my trips and the subject of LB's comes up the immediate response is "anyone who fucks them must be a poof".

Of course a lot of this ignorance comes from them never having travelled to Thailand or seen a LB up close and personal and possibly a bit of the old macho "I hate poofs" rant.

I suppose too it's a case of not being exposed to it in your homeland like in Thailand. Before first coming to Thailand only 4 years ago my only experience of anything remotely related to this was the sight of the occasional drag queen act in a pub which got me about as excited as a wet sock.

I had no inkling I'd be attracted to LB's until I came to Thailand.

I'd defy any straight red blooded male not to admit to being a little curious when confronted with a smoking hot thai LB for the first time.

IMO LB's make better women than women do which is what attracts me to them along with the "forbidden fruit" aspect.

I suppose the simple observation is why would a gay guy who's attracted to men want anything to do with someone who look's like a beautiful woman.

What's really opened my eyes during my holidays in Thailand is the number of men who enjoy going with them.

It's a subject I'd like to explore further.

I can't stand watching gay stuff on the screen. It's revolting.

I wouldn't knowingly watch a gay themed movie, even on my own. I've not even seen Broke Back Mountain or Philip Morris.

I remember a program on HBO called "Six Feet Under" where they even added really loud squelching sound effects to the gay snogging.

Ah so, the definition of gay/not gay boils down to hairy = gay, not hairy = LB - not gay. Off for a Brazilian and all over wax then...

Some chaps like the hairy ladyboys... so I dunno about the correlation between hair and masculinity being a black and white issue... although in my case I hate the hair.

Femininity (which is what I am attracted to in both sexes) to me means little to no hair on the body.

Back in TCs Cissyboys not Ladyboys thread, TG925 posted about Andre Pejic, a male model who also does the female fashion circuit, to the extent he has done work for major designers like Jean Paul Gauthier, Marc Jacobs, Vivienne Westwood, etc. The link to TG925's post: Andre Pejic

An interesting dilemma to be sure!

I go back to the chick with a dick thing.

I find few male homosexuals understand us inbetweeners, assuming we have jumped over the fence when in fact we straddle it. Straight males get it: at least those that have been to Asia and see how well Ladyboys out class GG's as far as looks go and overt sexuality.

Having been subjected to Gay porn with a few LB's, I find that it is generally muscle man on muscle mary, lots of steroid sweat and grunting, and for me, genuinely repulsive but obviously what turns the average gay punter on. OR its Muscle Mary on Twink (for those not ofey with gay lingo, some weedy looking little man barely post pubescent) and for me equally repulsive. And I bet the majority of the readers here would agree.

No, I think it is safe to say we are tangential hetrosexuals.

And as it seems that TS porn has been the largest growing market (and for that matter growing segment of alternative society) since the advent of the internet, that there will more of us every day. Shame we can't breed!

I think part of the yuck factor was that neither character was believable as actually gay. It had a very unnatural feel to it.

I don't mind watching gays do their thing usually, and generally, the more masculine the gay, the less I'm aroused. My maximum attraction falls somewhere in between the genders, albeit, with a degree of vagiphobia
