600 people are currently being held hostage and around 23 vessels missing and this includes the current Thai prisoners and ships.

Well, I for one ask that these folks continue to starve quietly, instead of attacking unarmed merchant vessels bringing x-mas presents form China to Europe for my kids.

I don't even understand why it takes so much (useless) warships to defend freighters?
Why not heli a squad of seals or equivalent foreign troops on each freighter, equipped with:
- one anti-tank rifle
- 2 heavy machine guns
- 2 sniper rifles
- 2 portable guided missle platforms (for when it becomes clear that the fuckers carry RPGLs)
+ the usual stuff they lug around
They could be helied from one ship to another, just needs one heli carrier in the sector.
That anti tank rifle would blast a serious hole into the boats.
I'd like to see Abdul's expression when he suddenly sees Mustafa's head go off like a watermelon.
