Nappy Time: Do you take naps?

Never took a nappy in my life. I have freinds who are 10yr's younger than I and their tiered and need to take lil' nappy-wappy.

Naps only make me more tired and it winds up being an 5 hour nap.

I have two or three sleeps a day. Two of them are 'naps' and one is a proper several hour sleep.

The only time I ever napped was when I had overwhelming depression. But my regular schedule includes only a 4-6 hour sleep at night.

"Yes. I do take naps." 1 hr kip in the late Avo and your good to go until the very early hours of the morning. All you "naps are for wussies" guys, add up your total sleep time, and it's likely to be the same as those that nap. Who is more alert late in the late evening/early morning? Couple this with are you an morning or an evening type. Naps ROCK!

Nap- I've had her I have a 20-40 minute shut down every afternoon- the trick is not to fall into a deep sleep, just snooze. You will arise feeling much refreshed. Any more than 40 min yer fecked and may as well stay in bed. Quite a common thing in Equatorial and Mediterranean climates and it does the biz.
