I can confirm that Katoeylover did indeed have a great birthday, spread over two nights at C&D.

Furthermore, in the early hours of 5th July, he finally, quietly, opened a bottle of Dom Perignon (Vintage = 2000), which he had carefully carried from the UK, and, with glasses kindly provided by Jimbo, at the street end of the bar, a few of us gratefully drank the nectar and toasted Katoeylover's good health.
