The first one is probably the most famous 'cop' movie of all time.

The last one is a comedy.

Jeeez, who would ever guess the first one was a cop flick??

I always thought French Connection WAS the most famous cop flick!!

                1-  Bullit

                3- Blazing Saddles!

Got Blue Velvet, my first one right!

                2 - Blue Velvet
                3 - Blazing Saddles

Even more famous than Bullit... and about 3,000 miles away!

That's subjective. A lot of famous 70's cop movies were made. Dirty Harry, French Connection, Bullit.

But my money is on Serpico.

I thought it was serpico but I can't remember that car and that pose in it. And I've seen this movie.. but can't remember, gonna have to guess:

                    1 - Death Wish

Maybe I sound insensitive but its not the case at all. I do care!  But if I had to live my whole life based on how everyone might be sensitive to me.. I would not be living my life as I want it. So you can accept me and my flaws as I am or you can't.

                        (Jake_Sully @ Jun. 04 2010,01:56) 1 - Death Wish
                        Killer movie, not cop movie

Pretty sure that isn't a Death Wish cop, and I almost said Serpico as well, before I said Bullit.

                        Dirty Harry is west coast.

                        Hmmmm......... Friends of Eddie Coyle??

Yeah but I remember that big cop who was investigating the vigilante killer possibly being Paul Kersey wearing a hat and having a cold so someone else had to drive him.. His posture sorta fits so I guessed that.

Isn't Bullit west coast too, but bumpa said 3000 miles away so it has to be a NY movie no?

Man, this is killing me. New York cop movie, not Death Wish, Serpico or French Connection.

                              Either:
                              The 7-Ups
                              or
                              The Taking of Pelham 1-2-3
