I know a guy who used to make Italian Shoes for a big High St. Shoe chain(guydesavoy @ Jun. 05 2010,00:02) Both Italian labels but closer inspection reveals : made in Bangladesh.
Actually they were made in Turkey but the leather was shipped from Italy.
But he put made in Italy on them and sold them for £4 a pair. They were resold for £60
