Mr Hogwart (ex-Chicago, now domiciled in Oz) wasn't born bad. I think he's deeply misunderstood & the victim of over-zealous prosecution.

Anything less than a suspended sentence would be a travesty.

I am not happy with the drection this case is taking. Evidence given indicates that the Wart is an Australian.This fact is hardly relevent!!whats more I have reason to believe he resides in the same city(melbourne) as myself and a few other members. Whilst we extend to him the presumtion of innocence lets check his immigration status and see if we cant fuck him off

The defendant is an American living in Brisbane. I don't accept that he raised the average IQ of both Chicago & Brisbane when he made his shift. But I could be wrong...

day 8.

as another day closed with mr bear explaining his business affairs.
mr justice r x pharm appeared a lot more at ease, now he understood the workings of a forum, having spent the last 2 nights browsing the VIP section.
he spoke about how he enjoyed the banter between various members and asked mr bear if he had found the need to ban any other members in the past.
mr bear replied, "off the top of my head, there was a costassg, a fucktard called gaz, and 2 dutch brothers who live with their mum".
he also added " these type of characters are easy to spot as they live on the forums 24/7. but mr borehog has been by far, the biggest pain in the arse".
asked if he would ever let mr borehog back into the forum , mr bear replied "you got more chance of seeing a one legged cat, having a shit on a frozen pond".

mr borehog sat passively on the bench, lipstick getting more obvious, legs crossed, and what apeared to be ladies pantyhose instead of socks.

day 9.

court was adjourned today as an angry group of protesters stormed the court.

wearing red shirts, the protesters were holding placards stating "free the threadjacker 7".
they were chanting loudly, and waving strange red clapper type things .
one threw an egg at mr borehog, who ducked just in time to prevent it landing on his blouse.

apparently, the protest is in reference to a thread on lb69, where once again, mr borehog is , in mr bears words, "at it again".

the case will continue tomorow, when extra security will be present.

I for one am taking a keen interest on what the defendant shall be wearing on the final day .

Given some of the names mentioned thus far I beg him to dress down on his final day for fear of being penetrated before he reaches the dock .

They can be a funny old bunch around here sometimes .

I thought from the first post that Mr. Stogie Bear was accused of wrong doing and therefore the defendant...and that Mr. Hogwart was the accuser...the plaintiff...

day 10.

judgement day was upon mr borehog today, as judge r x pharm summed up the case prestented before him.

"mr borehog, the crown finds this case an utter waste of time, and just another avenue for you to have yet another moan at mr stogie bear.
it seems you are not satisfied with sending endless pm,s, moaning on other forums, having more usernames than the dutch brothers, (who live with their mum), and getting all personal about what is, quite frankly, just a forum.
the court can see the value to having internet forums, as a tool to bring together people from all over the world with a common interest or hobby, and give them somewhere they can chat , be open, and make new friends. albeit under a nickname.
looking at your history on the forum, and listening to witness testimony from other board members, it is clear that you could never fit in, or in fact, actually want to fit in".

"i find mr bear to be a man of great natural leadership, and would suggest he one day opens a church".
he also added,
"nobody deserved to be put through the amount of shit mr borehog has thrown around, and for that reason, i award mr bear compensation in the amount of $600.00 payable in monthly instalments of $50.00"

the judge then went on to add
"mr borehog, you could have saved yourself a whole lot of trouble, if you,d just paid the $50 from the start, you tight fuckin twat".

mr borehog made a hasty retreat from court, although he did stumble on the steps in his high heels.
he refused any comment to waiting reporters.

judge r x pharm was later reported to have booked a flight to bangkok.
