Mr Hogwart having pissed off all appointed counsel, including Legal Aid, has now chosen to represent himself. Sources close to the plaintive Plaintiff have suggested that this was his plan all along.  

Lord Justice rxpharm was heard to mutter : " Anyone who represents himself has a fool for a client".
He also warned the wart that any further PMs to the Bench would constitute contempt of Court.

Mr Wart has sought an adjournment as he has been unable to locate a key witness......

day 5.

todays procedings took a strange turn today, when the right honourable r x pharm lost his patience as he struggled to see where mr boring hogwart had a case at all.
mr hogwart pleaded with the judge to see his side of things.
judge r x pharm responded "mr hogwart, it is plain for everyone in this court today to see, that even if i do indeed , see your side , it wont make any diference".
he then went on to accuse mr hogwart of bringing a "judge judy" style case before him.
after a discussion with mr bears legal team,
mr bear agreed to give the judge full VIP access and then in an unprecedented move, retired to his chambers to view the "trip report".

day 6.

todays preceding took another strange turn today, after judge r x pharm returned from viewing the forum.
he commented on how much excellent content it contained, and thought 50 dollars a fair price to pay.
he then went on to belittle mr boring hogwart by saying "your actual contributions to this forum were very small, your pictures were not up to the standard of other posters, and your constant whinging was draining to read"
he then went on to add, " i think everyone in the court here today, could agree you may want to take up some extra interests, maybe even go on a photography course".
he also stated, mr hogwart could benefit from "toning up a bit"

the case continues tomorow, when the judge will hear from mr bear.

day 7.

you could have heard a pin drop, when a very cool, calm and collected mr stogie bear took to the witness stand.
asked if he recognised mr boring hogwart, he answered "sort of".
when judge r x pharm pushed him to explain further , mr bear went on to say, he recognised mr hogwarts body shape and skin tone ,from the "cock up young un,s bum" shots, but was used to seeing him with his face blacked out.

one of the days lighter moments was when mr bear told the court that he also knew mr hogwart to be an australian.
to which judge r x pharm gave a knowing nod and a wink.

the judge also asked if mr bear had ever met mr hogwart before in real life. to which he replied
"thankfully no, but it feels like i have carried him around for the past four months up my back passage like a bad case of nobby stiles"

mr hogwart sat passively on the bench, wearing what appeared to be lipstick.

Is there no one to speak up for Mr Hogwart? No advocate at all?

Mr Hogwart (ex-Chicago, now domiciled in Oz) wasn't born bad. I think he's deeply misunderstood & the victim of over-zealous prosecution.

Anything less than a suspended sentence would be a travesty.

day 7.

a rather boring day in court today as mr stogie bear explained the business model behind owning a forum.
after what seemed like hours of internet jargon,  mr bear called for a mr rossco and the legend that is ernesto, to explain things in a more court friendly language.
mr rossco explained,
"if you own a nightclub , you have to charge an entrance fee to cover the costs, as the owner, you also have the right to decide who gets entrance or not, you also have to make sure any undesirables are kept out."
asked in his opinion if mr hogwart was an undesirable, mr rossco stated "he about as welcome, as a fart in an astronaut suit".

as the case was becoming more obvious as a waste of court time, mr r x pharm gave a very long stare at mr hogwart, who again, apppeared to be wearing lipstick, but this time he also wore large gold hooped earings.
