     The disgraced ex-governer of Alaska, a semi-illiterate former beauty queen who did not even have the decency to finish out her 4-year term looking off her back porch towards Russia, has now been hired by Fox news instead;  the  24 hour, non-stop all-comedy network [which, believe it or not, a small minority of beer-guzzling, NASCAR-watching back-water bible belt people really believe is an actual NEWS network] put on the highly-qualified, very experienced 2-term mayor from the large city of Wasilla as an expert commentator to help lead the mentally challenged descend  even further into their right-wing idiocy.

                  As usual, the great network for the uninformed is staying ''fair and balanced''; along with the one-time Vice presidential candidate from the most recent republican ticket, they also have the architect of the Bush presidency Karl Rove and the former Republican speaker of the house Newt Gingrich as fellow commentators, certainly all very progressive, forward -thinking people and open minded; same as Ms. Palin.  The famous quote "We report {what we want to scare you with, so you will go back to voting for right-wing rednecks who will run this country into the ground even further} and you decide''   has never been more clear;  just listen to Sarah and you will be informed!

        Along with the always-great stable of like-minded republican cheerleaders like Michelle Maulkin and Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity and twilight zone cast-off Glenn Beck, it's great to see that FOX is keeping their sense of humor intact; ''fair and balanced'' is still their tagline and damn it, that's what they are!!  The recent hiring off the obviously moderate Ms. Palin only confirms that;   you naysayers and doubters that FOX is a real news network, shame on you!!

       Many  late-night comedy skits to follow;  Thank You Ms. Palin for sharing your 95 IQ with the world!!

      One thing that surely scares me about being a yank.

       the fact that even ONE person, even in her own immediate surroundings could like or admire this truly reprehensible person, forget this whole new-found cult of personality which has sprung up in her wake, is truly an embarrassing development.  Kind of like having that clown GW Bush as co-prez for 8 years; when people in the rest of the developed world see us fawning over these types of intellectual midgets, what can they be thinking?

              You lot should LOVE the fact that Palin is in the spotlight!! Three years is more than a lifetime in politics ubt it seems Obamas ONLY chance of holding on to his 1600 Pennsylvannia ve. address is running against her. After the train wreck that the mid term elections are prjected to be (hey a no name Republican might even win The Duke of Chappiquiddick's Senate seat) all the Repblicans have to do is run a semi intelligent candidate v Obama and he is out on his ass-a one term wonder.

              The good news is that a lot of Democrats will be replaced. The bad news is that Republicans will replace them. Whats the answer?? I dont know. How about non professional politicians?? Fat chance of that happening. Look at caliber of our politicians: Mxine Waters (the dumbest person in Washington makes Palin and GW look like top of the line MENSA members), Palin herself. Richard "The Animal" Steele, Pelosi, Joe Biden do me a fucking favor, Schmuck Schumer etc..

              As the great Doctor Zachary Smith said, "WE ARE DOOMED. WE ARE DOOMED" He also said, "THE PAIN, OH THE PAIN."

                    We dont need Political clowns in the UK, there are already 300 in power . Give me Palin over any of them any day.

                    A Fox news wouldnt be possible here as neutrality has to be observed but even so many National News Networks still have a bias and usually left wing , and that wrankles with me and many others.

                      I don't see anything funny about Palin--I'm fucking afraid of this creature.
                      Unfortunately, the U.S. is primarily populated by knuckle-dragging mouth-breathers, the ratings for Faux News attest to that. Given that, it is not out of the realm of possibility that this Palin thing could get itself elected-no joke, you guys.
                      Maybe brutal parody works to mitigate some of the fear that those of us with more than a quarter inch of forehead get from contemplating the possibility of a Palin presidency, but that's about it. It seems that attacks from the likes of Stewart, Colbert, et al only serve to draw attention to this thing and make it stronger.
                      But you never know, sometimes things can take an unexpected turn, so maybe she could get hit by car, or get run over by a train or something, we can only hope.

                          Please BB back up your statement about the only chance Obama has is if Palin runs? Name me any other viable candidate from the Reich wing!!! You can't cause here isn't any. Michael Steele maybe??? Mitt Romney??? Hilarious Hucklebee??
