FREE health, water, education et al?? There is no such thing as a FREE lunch or health or water or education. Somebody has to PAY for it. Education starts at home. What do you do with disruptive students who would rather be Biggie Smalls than Albert Einstein. You know the world need dig diggers (and MCDonalds "you want to supersize that?" workers) as well.

As for the death penalty, these cretins who get caught red handed killing, torturing, sadistically sexually abusive need to be reached in their hearts and minds-two slugs in the heart and one in the mind for good measure. think the Chinese have the Death penalty for around 24 offences and they dont usually give clemency anyway so this guys was in effect always a dead man walking. To be honest without studying the case files on this man its difficult to establish whether or not he was mentally ill
