  • AVATAR ~ The Movie

My girlfriend (Thai) thought it was the best movie she'd ever seen. Looks like I'll have to see it again!

But what a dreadful screenplay and simplistic story. This movie should be rated for teenage American boys only! Every movie cliche and stereotype is represented here.

But none of this matters. We're all going to see it for the special 3D effects right? And it's worth suffering this cheesy movie just for that.

Go see it for the visual feast... only!
I'm feeling rough and it's a combination of air and water...

When I saw the film's trailers I knew I was gonna be sucked into seeing this film a few times in the company of some ladyboys...

I have a feeling I will enjoy both though...The movie and the ladyboys...

Well old friend, I seen it a couple nights ago. It is worth seeing 1 time only, I guess, for the special effects. Most any ladyboy date will totally enjoy it.
But for me, I'll take a movie any day like the one you turned me on to, "In Bruges". To me, it is a hundred times better than Avatar, and was probably done for less than .01% of the budget of Avatar. On imdb I'm giving Avatar a 5/10 and In Bruges a 10/10.

Very very very happy to hear you enjoyed In Bruges...But I knew you would...

Marvelous story, dialogue and acting...It's a Lefty kinda movie...Dwarfs and hookers...

I do look forward to seeing Avatar though...At least once...

          In Bruges was good.

If you like that kind of film keep an eye out for Sin Nombre, my favorite film of the year so far, very powerful. (but I haven't seen the most recent ones yet.)

I seen Avatar tonight and thought it was excellent. Its a visual feast. I thought the story was great too, but anyone should go see it just for the graphics.
I know you still read here, checking my every post like the psychotic stalker that you are

I lay there in bed thinking to myself, am I gay and then Lusi rammed her cock in my mouth and I thought, who cares this is fantastic!!!

I saw it with Marla the other night. We both loved it. yes the story is simplistic but the special effects are groundbreaking. It's definitely a film with style over substance. I'd recommend it for the 3d experience for sure.

I want to see it just for the effects, which it seems everyone raves about even if they dislike the movie itself. Just can't make up my mind if I should kill a hot and sunny afternoon here in Pattaya or wait till I get back to Japan.

I heard there's an Imax version as well? That should be amazing.

(rusty nail @ Dec. 18 2009,03:23) My girlfriend (Thai) thought it was the best movie she'd ever seen. Looks like I'll have to see it again!
Myself and my new found BKK "friend" (    ) whom is non P4P went to see this Film after Lunch last Saturday afternoon at the Siam Paragon.

My "friend" really enjoyed it and I have to say so did I,  especially when she kept grabbing and holding on to me during some of the "tense" bits

The Film was followed by a two hour River Boat Dinner Cruise down the Chao Phraya on an old traditional Thai Rice Barge which was excellent.

And    with you rusty, it looks like I will be seeing it again this week at Jungceylon with my Phuket wife
She will enjoy it for sure as I will the "effects" again
