Please note, that nearly all civil servants etc. are putting themselves in harms way, daily:

They are highly exposed to vicious, occupational hazards such as paper-cuts.
And "secretary spread". (Having ones bum, shape itself like a pear, as a result of extensive sitting while working.)

So please do not "rag" on my civil servants, doctores nurses, teachers etc., who serve on the "frontline" everyday.
