yeah, forget it, I was just pissed off by trying to book flights on their site for over half an hour, struggling with errors, timeouts and long response times.

very shameful for an airline!

their scripts must really have been programmed in a super-optimized way, and their databases must be really fast.
when I imagine how much users it takes to wear out a modern server and that these guys fly airplanes, a chill goes down my neck...

More than once I gave up on their website while living in Pattaya and trying to book Phuket flights. It was easier to just visit the Bangkok Airways office on Second Rd across the street from the back of the Montien Hotel.

I tried booking flights to Phuket online a few months ago and it kept on refusing to accept my credit card (platinum visa FFS! ).
Then I went to my travel agent and the flight was 500 Baht cheaper despite the commission!

And the office on 2nd road is no longer there Pentire. I believe it is now somewhre along Pattaya Nua (North) road.

i never bother doing things like flights online in LOS,allways just go straight to offices,direct and at least you get to speak to someone,allways found things such as these, immigration also, to be better and quicker than back home in the uk.
1 hour spent on the net you can be in the office.. done.
