We bought a carrier of Guinness one time and it had these little devices in the bottle that added something to it once the pressure in the bottle was released when you removed the cap. I can't say I tasted cement, but can envision what it probably tastes like, but piss is a whole other story

I love Guinness. They send me out a voucher for a free pint every year on my birthday. How nice of them

i enjoyed the tour around the dublin brewery a couple of years ago it was like something out of willy wonka and you get a free pint of the black stuff at the top of the building

I enjoyed the Guinness store house experience myself Jim.

kathylc Guinness would be an aquired taste. I hated it myself years ago, until I started drinking it regularly. I would also think, that if you tasted guinness outside of Ireland, it wouldnt of been the best quality, as Guinness draught doesnt travel well.

The best thing about Guinness is there is eating and drinking in it. It can be a substitute for breakfast, lunch and dinner rolled into one.

I wasnt out at all. 2.50 a pint between 5-7pm as Sean said. Abit early for myself, am more of a night owl.

Would of been a good night out in Dublin though, Tom Jones was in town to celebrate Arthurs days among other musicians.

depends on where you are as Guinness is brewed at a number of locations worldwide

their largest brewery is in Nigeria - so they might have grand pints o' porter there


Personally, I find the Guinness is Edinburgh to always be great - the English, for some reason, seem to prefer the cold-flow crap .... it's not a fucking lager !!!!
