Frail ronnie biggs may not last the week after he was rushed to hospital with pneumonia, his son said yesterday.
the great train robber 79 was drifting in and out of consciosness and cannot eat, speak or walk.
son michael , 34, said: "he,s supposed to have a parole hearing on friday- thats if he makes it until then. iv,e never seen him this weak. the doctors said there,s not much hope".
justice mininster jack straw has refused parole to "unrepentant" biggs.

what do you think.?
should he be free,d.?

i think robbing a few quid armed only a wooden cosh by todays standards is something that todays judges would hand out community service for.
why are they so against letting him free.?
he is not a threat to anyone.
never was.
he was a thief, not a murderer.

robbing from the royal mail is classed as robbing from her majesty biggs is famous like the kray twins and so will stay in jail and you are correct today he would not have been given so long but ronnie lived it up in rio for years .biggs only returned to the uk to get free health care and has been on deaths door for the last year according to his son.biggs is no robin hood and chose to steal while the rest os us have to work so good enough for him let him rot in jail   and dont forget the train guard who got beat up by biggs` gang

he died of natural causes two years later and they say the coshing MAY have contributed.

Biggs was a piece of scum. Like all these lazy arseholes who turn to crime as they cant be botherd to do real work...I hope his death is agonizing , painfull and prolonged .

I think all criminal law in the UK should be taken back to how it was in the year of our Lord , 1634. That would sort out the so called hard men

Eventually some form of Vigilante groups will form and start wiping some of these goons out. Like a Star Chamber...bring it on..

when you look at the crime and look at todays crimes, Tony is right,
you get some old perv molesting kids and what they get, couple years inside then help when there out.
what about the young boys or girls, they end up fucked up and prob on drugs to then carry out more visious crimes to pay for habit.
all he did was steal cash !
if there were old school crooks these days in prison im sure they would admister proper punishment to the nonse's and they would come out in boxe's, now thats justice.

Despite the fact that Biggs remains unrepentant and therefore, not eligible for parole !

Might as well let him out now and save the tax payer a few quid.
The only reason he came back from Brazil anyway was because he was skint and could not afford anymore hospital bills.

ronnie biggs was a bricklayer.
he happenend to be building a garden wall for a retired train driver, when bruce reynolds told him they wanted to rob a train, but needed someone who could drive one.
ronnie had a word with the old boy ,he was brought in, as long as ronnie got in with the action also.
turned out the old boy couldnt move the loco, as it was a dfiferent engine, so they had to force the original driver to move it by coshing him.
the old boy disapeared with his share, and was never heard of again.

now,
at the protests in london this year, the old bill gave everyone a coshing.
they even killed one bloke by pushing him over.!

i say let ronnie have one more pint down the old kent road.
