I voted man's world instintively.

But women are gaining ground in modern society. In prehistoric times, men ruled by physiclal force. In modern society that's not the way it works anynore though.

women have more rights now than men, but yet in Europe women are still paid less and treated with less respect than their male-counterparts doing the same jobs.

Started my new job at the university yesterday. Saw only 2 men the whole time. There must have been over 100 women working professionally. It's clear how higher education establishments view the contributions of men (especially white men). I'm still not exactly sure how I even got the job to be honest.
