I think water-boarding is torture

Not ''enhanced interrogation techniques" ...... all those 3 words mean is, errrrm; TORTURE!

I believe it depends on what other countries say and do; if we say ''we don't torture'', at all, then no it's not OK for us to do it. But if we never sign any treaties, never agree not to do it, always leave torture open as an option, than yes it is OK. we just can't be hypocrites and sign the Geneva accords and then torture, we can't have it both ways.

War is hell, and most countries who have been through one have tortured prisoners at one time or another; hell, we did it to hundreds of guys with the Phoenix Program in Vietnam and that barely got any ink at all. So either say Yes, we torture because Al- Queda tortures us, or say no, we will never do that. Middle ground or just doing it 'sometimes' isn't an option.
