The buzz when I was a younger man was to watch Fantasia while under the influence of some good dope, i.e. ganga, grass, bund, mull or whatever the damn stuff is called now...

Also I hear that their latest movie - Wall-E is a work of genius & the best thing they have made in decades.

I haven't seen it but I will look out for it. Any comment from someone who has?

Pollyanna (1960)

Even after having lived the hard scrabble life of a missionary's daughter all her life and seen the loss of both parents, young Pollyanna Whittier refuses to be depressed. Instead, she must be glad about anything she can think of, and it's paid off big time. Now, however, she must go to live with her cold, spinsterish aunt in a town inhibited by embittered, unfriendly souls. Can she use her glad game to win over everyone and transform the town? Of course, this is classic Disney.

I am a huge Hayley Mills fan....there was little she did for Disney that I didn't enjoy.

She was truly one of Walt Disney's classic finds.

The original Fantasia is my favorite and Wall-E is also an excellent film. Other favorites....Ratatouille and The Incredibles.

The first movie I ever saw in theaters was Lady and the Tramp. I believe I was 4 years old and barely, barely remember the experience.
