stogie, it was held in Thailand, you can see the symbol for Thai TV Channel 7 in the poster on the photo 3 of post 2, and also this is an FHM Thailand event, see the big screen TV in photo 1, post 1 and the stickers on the water guns are FHM.
FHM does not knowingly use lbs for their models (I did meet 1 postop who did model for them though - she was posing as a gg). No, that is not a pun!

I think Rxpharm is right though - I don't see FHM featuring ladyboys in a picture set or advertising just yet - not on purpose.
